- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 350 ml water
- 190 gr tomato paste
- 180 ml milk
- 180 ml water
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 110 gr noodles
- 65 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 60 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 40 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 gr salt
- 4 gr sal heat
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr garlic salt
meat is no longer red. Stir occasionally to break up meat particles. 3. Add onions and heat, uncovered, an additional 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Drain excess fat. 4. Add tomato paste, the 0.75 cup water, the half teaspoon salt, the pepper and the garlic salt to the beef-onion mixture. Stir to combine. Heat, covered, 3.5 minutes or until mixture bubbles. 5. Add cooked noodles, milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and chopped green pepper. Heat, covered, an additional 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
