Add tomato paste, the 0.75 cup water, the half teaspoon salt, the pepper and the garlic salt to the beef-onion mixture. Stir to combine. Heat, covered, 3.5 minutes or until mixture bubbles. 5. Add cooked noodles, milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and chopped green pepper. Heat, covered, an additional 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
