Ingredients
- 1 1/2 smoked fish
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 ml mayonnaise
- 18 gr sweet pickle (finely chopped)
- 16 ml prepared mustard
- 4 gr onion (minced)
- 4 gr celery (finely chopped)
- 3 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 ml worcestershire sauce
Remove skins and bones from fish. Flake fish well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads. Yield: 3- half cups.
