Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
- 2,800 ml chicken broth
- 280 gr chicken meat cubed (cooked)
- 190 gr carrot (sliced)
- 110 gr egg noodles (frozen)
- 100 gr deiced celery
- 40 gr onion (chopped)
- 1 gr parsley (dried)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
Combine broth, chicken vegetables and spices in large pot. Bring to a boil. Stir noodles into boiling broth. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf.
