Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 egg
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml sour cream
- 95 gr am wheat flour (whole)
- 16 ml honey
- 5 gr non-alum baking powder
- 4 gr pure vanilla
- 1 gr sea salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Cook on preheated griddle 180ÂșC . for 3-5 minutes, turning only once. Serve hot for breakfast, brunch, or as an accompaniment to dinner.
