Ingredients
- 6 drops pepper sauce (hot)
- 2 green peppers thinly (sliced)
- 2 sweet peppers thinly (red sliced)
- 1 onion (halved)
- 270 gr tomatoes w (diced)
- 260 gr smoked turkey sausage i (cut)
- 130 gr spaghetti (cooked)
- 120 ml chicken broth
- 16 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr paprika
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- some garlic
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a Dutch oven, brown sausage. Add peppers and onion; saut for 2 min. Add tomatoes, garlic, hot pepper sauce, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper; cook and stir until the vegetables are tender. Combine broth and cornstarch; add to sausage mixture. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened. Add spaghetti; cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
