- 1 bud garlic
- 450 gr beef bottom round (lean)
- 16 ml prepared mustard
- 16 ml soy sauce (light)
- 8 gr jalapeno pepper
- 3 gr coconut flavoring
- 2 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
coat meat evenly. Cover and cook at low setting according to manufacturer's directions, until meat is very tender--about dozen to 18 hours. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables if desired. Makes 4 servings, 175 calories each. SOURCE: Light & Spicy
