- 2 garlic (cloves)

- 1 onion
- 1,700 ml tomato sauce
- 900 gr beef (ground)
- 500 gr kidney beans (red)
- 140 gr green chilies
- 34 gr chili powder
- 6 gr pepper (red)
- 4 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr allspice
- 1 gr black pepper
- 1 gr pepper (white)
- 1 gr msg
- 1 gr oregano
- 3 slices tomatoes
- some salt until the beef is browned
