Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 600 gr apricots
- 425 gr sugar
- 250 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 260 ml buttermilk
- 170 gr raisins
- 120 ml oil
- 80 gr flaked coconut
- 75 gr butter
- 45 gr cocoa
- 40 gr corn syrup
- 30 gr walnuts
- 12 gr vanilla extract
- 6 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr salt
Grease 9x13-inch pan. Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Beat together eggs, buttermilk, cocoa, oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat well, if mixture gets too thick add extra buttermilk. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake 180ÂșC for 45 minutes. Glaze. Combine ingredients, except vanilla, in 2 litre saucepan; bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Poke entire surface of cake with toothpick. Pour glaze slowly over top and let cool completely. ----
