Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/2 loaf (pan)
- 1/4 barbecue spice
- 575 gr beef (lean ground)
- 60 gr onions (yellow)
- 34 gr pepper (red)
- 34 gr green pepper
- 34 gr tortilla chips (crushed)
- 1 gr chili powder
- 6 slices black olives
- some parsley sprigs
is done and browned, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let it stand about 5 minutes. Take a knife and run it around the sides of the pan to loosen. Invert the meat loaf onto a large plate or platter. Garnish with the parsley if desired. Serve.
