Ingredients
- 2 eggs (whole lightly beaten)
- 1 egg (whole lightly beaten)
- 1 simi-sweet choc chips
- 1 pecans
- 270 gr sugar
- 190 gr all purpose flour
- 180 ml water
- 230 ml cream cheese softened
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 22 gr cocoa
- 16 ml vinegar
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Combine dry ingredients, Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well Pour into 18 greased or paper lined muffin cups. For filling; Beat beat cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and salt, mix well. Fold in choc chips. Drop by tbs into center of each cupcake. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 180ÂșC or 25-30 min.
