Ingredients
- 9 pie crusts
- 2 eggs
- 900 gr sweet potatoes
- 400 gr sugar
- 240 ml evaporated milk
- 220 gr butter
- 10 gr cinnamon
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Boil sweet potatoes 30-40 minutes. Peel. Beat potatoes, butter and salt with mixer; add other ingredients, beating after each addition. Pour into crusts and bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes or until firm. Serve with whipped cream or Cool-Whip.
