Ingredients
- 450 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 120 gr crumbled blue cheese
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 30 ml milk
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 18 gr pecans (chopped)
- 16 gr onion (grated)
- 7 gr snipped parsley
- 5 gr cracked black pepper
- 2 gr garlic powder
the garlic powder. Shape each portion into a ball; chill 30 minutes till slightly firm. Roll the blue cheese ball in snipped parsley. Roll the garlic cheese ball in the chopped pecans. Roll the plain cheese ball in black pepper. Chill at least 1 hour more till cheese balls are firm. Serve with crisp crackers. Makes 3 cheese balls.
