Ingredients
- 3 pimento
- 240 gr tofu
- 120 ml water
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 30 gr cashews
- 9 gr tapioca
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr onion powder
- 1 gr dill weed
Blend all ingredients till smooth. Bring to a boil & simmer gently, stirring, for 5 to 10 minutes or until the toapioca is clear. Chill. Use as a dip or as a spread on bread or crackers.
