Ingredients
- 3 green bell peppers (chopped)
- 3 onions (chopped)
- 1 tabasco
- 900 gr top sirloin steak coarse grind
- 900 gr sirloin steak top (cut into)
- 475 gr tomatoes
- 400 gr garlic (minced)
- 300 gr including liquid
- 110 gr butter
- 34 gr chili powder
- 18 gr salt
- 14 gr parsley snipped
- 4 gr black pepper
- 3 gr cumin
In a large cooking pot brown meat in the butter/marg. Pour off one third cup liquid from meat and saute green pepper, onion, garlic & parsley in separate skillet until tender. Add to meat mixture and stir in chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin. Add tabasco and tomatoes. Simmer entire mixture 1 hour covered, remove lid and simmer at least 30 min longer. Stir occasionally.
