Ingredients
- 60 milliliters garlic (crushed)
- 6 jalepeno peppers (chopped)
- 3 onions (chopped)
- 3 green peppers (chopped)

- 1 sour cream for (garnish)
- 1 tasbasco
- 2,300 gr beef (ground)
- 270 gr tomato paste
- 100 gr chili powder
- 45 ml oil
- 24 gr thyme
- 22 gr oregano
- 14 gr rosemary (crushed)
- 8 gr salt
- 8 gr pepper (white)
- 8 gr sweet basil
- 6 gr cumin powder
Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Heat oil and saute garlic, 2 onioins, green peppers, and jalapeno peppers. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins. Add all spices. Continue to cook for about 3mins. Add whole tomatoes and juice, tomato paste, Tabasco, and beef and cook for 2.5 hours. Garnish with sour cream.
