Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 375 gr flour
- 700 ml cream cheese
- 250 gr almonds
- 170 gr margarine
- 170 gr brown sugar
- 120 gr coconut rum
- 100 gr sugar
- 80 gr coconut
- 2 packages pineapple (crushed)
Cream margarine, sugar and coconut rum, beat in flour until blended. Stir in nuts. Pat into 10x15 inch pan. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. Cool. CHEESE LAYER: Beat cheese, sugar, eggs and coconut rum until creamy. Stir in pineapple. Pour on baked crust. Mix nuts and coconut. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
