Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 turkey (ground)
- 475 gr black beans (rinsed)
- 240 ml picante sauce
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 120 ml beef broth
- 30 ml olive oil
- 14 gr chili powder
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 2 gr cumin
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr salt
Heat oil in large pan. Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. Stir in beans and broth. Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 4.5 cups chili. Recipe By :
