Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 500 gr navy beans
- 375 gr blackeyed peas
- 240 ml water
- 160 gr tomatoes (diced)
- 130 gr tomato paste
- 65 gr scallions (chopped)
- 34 gr jalapeno peppers (diced canned)
- 6 gr chili powder
- 5 ml prepared mustard
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 gr oregano (dried)
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or o n High 4 to 5 hours. Serve.
Serve 6 to 8
