Ingredients
- 1 monterey jack
- 1/4 imitation bacon bits
- 160 gr button mushrooms (white)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 60 gr bacon
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 ml sauce (hot)
----------------------------------GARNISH---------------------------------Seasoned Bread Crumbs * The mushrooms should be Whole White Button Mushrooms that have been diced. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Combine the mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese, and bacon. Stir in the sour cream, blending well. Blend in the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Place the mixture in a 1 litre casserole and top with the bread crumbs. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Place in a chafing dish and serve hot. Makes about 2.5 cups of dip.
