Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr flour
- 95 gr shortening
- 5 ml cream of tartar
- 2 gr baking soda
- 2 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
egg mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add stiffly beaten egg whites and flavoring. Add sufficient flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board. Roll in sheet 0 cm thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. Bake in hot oven (400 F) about 10 minutes. 50 servings. ----
