- 3 pared all-purpose potato
- 140 gr coarsely bell pepper (chopped yellow)
- 130 gr trimmed green beans
- 80 gr seeded tomato (chopped)
- 60 ml chicken broth
- 34 gr coarsely green bell -pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 9 gr calorie margarine (reduced)
- 1 gr fennel seeds
- some black pepper
Spray a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Melt margarine over medium heat. Add onion and cook until tender, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes.
Add potato, beans, and bell peppers; reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
