Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 250 gr flour
- 240 ml milk
- 200 gr sugar
- 190 gr shortening
- 28 gr cocoa
- 8 gr vanilla
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr salt
- 1 package confectioners sugar
Recipe by: Carolyn Sullivan Cream shortening and sugar; add egg yolks. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with milk and vanilla. Drop on greased cookie sheets by small spoonful. Bake at 180ºC or 10 minutes. When cool, put 2 cookies together with the filling. Beat all filling ingredients until smooth. If necessary add a little water for right consistency. ----
