Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml yogurt (plain)
- 130 gr am wheat flour (whole)
- 60 ml honey
- 65 gr am garbanzo flour
- 40 gr raisins
- 34 gr nuts (chopped)
- 30 ml oil
- 9 gr non-alum baking powder
- 1 gr sea salt
Preheat oven to 190ºC . Beat the liquid ingredients together. Mix the dry ingredients and stir into the liquids until moistened. Fill oiled muffin tins two third full. Bake 20 minutes at 190ºC . until done.
