Black Bean Soup

• 800 gr black beans sorted
• 200 gr celery (chopped)
• 80 ml sherry
• 22 ml lemon juice

Black Bean Soup With Jalapenos

• 40 milliliters garlic (minced)
• 8 jalapeno chiles stems
• 3 tequila
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 1 epazote (ground)
• 1 remove from the heat
