- 2 chiles poblanos (peeled)
- 2 corn grains
- 1 onion
- 1 epazote
- 1 salt and pepper
- 950 ml chicken broth
- 240 ml tomato sauce
- 5 ml chicken broth cube
Chicken Mole
- 1/4 assorted mexican chiles
- 650 gr chicken (pieces)
- 475 ml chicken broth
- 160 gr seeded tomatoes (peeled)
- 90 gr onion (diced)
- 45 ml oil
- 32 gr shelled almonds
- 18 gr garlic (minced)
- 12 gr epazote
- 5 gr cocoa powder
Frijoles De Olla
- 30 epazote
- 3 heads garlic
- 2 onions (white)
- 4,300 ml water
- 650 gr black beans (dried)
