- 110 ml bottle of clam juice
- 60 ml olive oil
- 32 gr cheese (grated)
- 7 gr parsley
New England Clam Clowder
- 2 cans clams (minced)
- 1 potato (peeled)
- 1 celery stalk (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 700 ml milk
- 32 gr flour
- 2 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr thyme
