- 10 long green chilies (fresh)
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 chayote squash
- 650 ml water
- 240 ml tomato sauce
- 150 gr corn kernels
- 120 gr cornmeal
- 120 gr coarse breadcrumbs
- 85 gr all purpose flour
