- 2 bok choy
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 mung bean sprouts
- 120 gr fat tofu (reduced)
- 45 gr mushrooms
- 14 gr tamari
- 10 gr ginger (fresh)
- 10 ml sesame seed oil (roasted)
- 2 slices green onions
