• 50 gr carrots (julienned)

• 4 chili peppers (dried red)
• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 3 scallions
• 1 egg (white)
• 1/2 bell pepper (red)
• 95 gr shoulder steak
• 90 gr pencil asparagus tips (thin)
• 30 gr ginger (chopped)
• 30 ml soy sauce (thin)
• 22 gr sugar

• 120 gr chinese flat noodles (thin)
• 65 gr sichuan preserved vegetables (rinsed)
• 16 ml chili bean sauce
• 14 gr chinese sesame paste
• 16 ml dark soy sauce
• 16 ml peanut oil
• 14 gr sugar
• 8 gr garlic (finely chopped)
• 10 ml rice wine
