Jeanne's Creamy Potato Salad

• 120 ml eggless mayonnaise
• 100 gr celery (chopped)
• 60 ml distilled vinegar (white)

Mock Tuna

• 1 stalk celery
• 1 carrot
• 1 green onion
• 1 sweet pickle relish
• 10 ml eggless mayonnaise
• 10 ml mustard
• 10 ml mayonnaise
• 1 gr salt
• 15 packages oounce chickpeas
• some chunks
