Celery Soup

• 2 onions
• 2 carrots
• 2 potatoes
• 1 1/2 l water
• 1 head of celery
• 1 sea salt
• 1 black peppercorns
• 1 parsley
• 45 ml olive oil

Leeks With Celery

• 4 leeks
• 1 head of celery
• 475 ml celery stock
• 60 ml vegetable stock
• 5 ml honey
• 1 gr pepper (ground)
