Lamb& Grilled Onion Taco W/fresh Mint &tomato Salsa

• 8 corn tortillas (yellow)
• 1 onion (red sliced thin)
• 1 salt
• 1 serve with tomato salsa
• 1/2 tortilla
• 120 gr monterey jack cheese (grated)
• 110 gr cheddar cheese (grated white)
• 4 gr mint chiffonade (fresh)
• some salt and pepper
