- 240 ml boiling water

- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 2 pink lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 ginger
- 1,400 ml water
- 60 ml oil
- 3 gr turmeric
- 2 gr tamarind paste
- 2 gr cumin seeds
- 2 gr chilies (dried red)
Masar Dal
- 6 garlic (cloves)
- 1 1/2 pink lentils
- 65 gr ghee
- 6 gr salt
- 2 gr turmeric
