Lakhnawi Khatti Dal
- 1 1/2 pink lentils
- 240 ml boiling water
- 65 gr ghee
- 16 gr ginger (finely chopped)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 8 gr garlic (minced)
- 6 gr salt
- 2 gr black cumin seeds
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr pepper (red)
