- 130 gr better for bread flour (white)
- 120 ml applesauce
- 85 gr raisins
Multi-grain & Nut Bread
- 3 quaker multi (grain)
- 1 1/2 vital gluten
- 1/4 sunflower seeds
- 240 ml water
- 160 gr bread flour
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 ml milk
- 45 ml honey
- 50 gr rolled oats
- 32 gr carrots
