- 210 gr redcurrants stalks removed
- 190 gr strong bread flour
- 90 gr almonds (ground)
- 75 ml single cream

- 7 fl warm water
- 1 sachet yeast (dried)
- 180 gr wholemeal flour
- 24 gr sunflower seeds (peeled)
- 22 gr golden syrup
- 16 gr sesame seeds
- 16 ml sunflower oil
- 8 gr pumpkin seeds (peeled)
- 1 gr salt
