- 1/2 sachet yeast (dried)
- 230 ml hand water approx (hot)
- 210 gr redcurrants stalks removed
- 190 gr strong bread flour
- 90 gr almonds (ground)
- 75 ml single cream
- 38 gr caster sugar
- 14 gr butter
- 8 gr caster sugar
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 2 gr vanilla essence
To freeze: wrap in foil and freeze for up to 2 months.
