- 55 curry leaves (fresh)
- 14 dry chili pods
- 32 gr coriander (ground)
- 30 ml black mustard seeds
- 18 gr turmeric (ground)
- 12 gr cumin seeds
- 6 gr fenugreek seeds
- 6 gr split urad dal
- 3 gr black peppercorns
