Using ingredient tiny capers

Gratin Catalan

• 6 peppers
• 6 anchovies
• 3 eggplants
• 1 pepper (freshly ground white)
• 180 ml olive oil
• 80 gr bread crumbs
• 65 gr pitted black olives
• 9 gr pine nuts
• 6 gr tiny capers
• 1 gr parsley

Hot Shrimp Salad On Crostini

• 2 ripe tomatoes (plum)
• 1 bunch of watercress
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 crosswise
• 1/4 portions to have on hand
• 60 gr shrimp
• 16 ml oil in a nonstick skillet over high hea
• 7 ml olive oil
• 3 gr tiny capers
• 1 slice crusty peasnt bread (sliced)

Tuna Pate

• 10 shrimp
• 3 drops lemon juice
• 3 drops tabasco sauce
• 260 gr albacore tuna (canned white)
• 230 gr butter
• 26 gr coarsely pimiento (chopped)
• 18 gr tiny capers (drained)
