- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar in bowl
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar so they are fully coated
- 3/4 c butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 c molasses
- 2 ts baking soda
- 1 ts cinnamon (ground)
- 1 ts salt (ground)
- 1 ts ginger (ground)
