- 42 beat butter in mixing bowl until (light)
- 2 1/4 round cutter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 thickness
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c almonds
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts cream of tartar
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1/4 ts almond extract
until lightly browned around edges. Remove to wire rack to cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. 140 cal; 8 gr fat; 51% fat. ----
