Ingredients
- 12 egg roll wrappers
 - 6 sq
 - 5 at a time
 - 1 onion
 - 1/2 form rectangles
 - 1/4 apricots
 - 1/4 sprouts
 - 3/4 cup water in a saucepan
 - 1/2 lb pork
 - 1 c cabbage
 - 1/4 c sugar
 - 1/2 c mushrooms
 - 1/4 c almonds
 - 2 tb sherry
 - 1/4 c currants
 - 2 tb vegetable oil
 - 1 tb lemon juice
 - 1 tb soy sauce
 - 2 t water
 - 1 1/2 ts ginger
 - 1 ts cornstarch
 - 1/4 ts salt
 
Add lemon juice, cover and process until smooth. Serve warm.
