 - 5 at a time
 - 1 onion
 - 1/2 form rectangles
 - 1/4 apricots
 - 1/4 sprouts
 - 180 ml water in a saucepan
 - 130 gr pork
 - 90 gr cabbage
 - 50 gr sugar
 - 45 gr mushrooms
 - 32 gr almonds
 - 30 ml sherry
 - 28 gr currants
 - 30 ml vegetable oil
 - 16 ml lemon juice
 - 16 ml soy sauce
 - 10 ml water
 - 7 gr ginger
 - 3 gr cornstarch
 - 1 gr salt
 
Add lemon juice, cover and process until smooth. Serve warm.
