• 375 great cookies
• 2 round cutter
• 2 on greased cookie shee spoon about (apart lightly)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cookies
• 1/2 apricot filling center of cookies (into)
• 1 1/2 c flour
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/4 c firmly packed apricots (dried)
• 1 tb honey
• 1/2 ts baking powder
• 1/2 ts almond extract
• 1/8 ts salt
