• 1/2 cookies
• 1/2 apricot filling center of cookies (into)
• 190 gr flour
• 100 gr sugar
• 65 gr firmly packed apricots (dried)
• 16 ml honey
• 2 gr baking powder
• 1 gr almond extract
• 1 gr salt
