Ingredients
- 2 anchovies (fresh)
- 1 1/2 wide (inches)
- 1 stockfish
- 2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 c milk
- 1 1/4 c onions
- 1/4 tb parmigiano-reggiano
- some garlic
- some mixture on of fish
- some salt and pepper
necessary. Remove from oven, top with more parsley and serve immediately.
