Ingredients
- 3 tbs natural crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tbs lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/4 cilantro (fresh)
- 2 c black beans (cooked)
- 1 lb firm tofu
- 3/4 c quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 c carrots
- 1/2 c onion (red)
- 2 t tarmari
- 2 t packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper (red)
