- 1 tvp granules
- 500 gr pinto
- 240 ml scant boiling water
- 32 gr wheat bread crumbs (whole)
- 6 gr tomato paste
- 5 gr tarmari
- 1 gr oregano
- some wheat flour for dusting pour boiling water over tvp
Tempeh Satay & Asian Peanut Sauce
- 4 tempeh cutlets
- 3 tamari
- 1/4 tarmari
- 60 ml orange juice
- 55 gr smooth peanut butter
- 40 gr coconut (grated)
- 16 ml honey
- 5 ml honey
- 5 gr mirin
- 2 ml rice vinegar
