- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1/4 cilantro (fresh)
- 525 gr black beans (cooked)
- 475 gr firm tofu
- 120 gr quick-cooking oats
- 65 gr carrots
- 60 gr onion (red)
- 10 gr tarmari
- 9 gr packed brown sugar
- 4 gr pepper (red)
