Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (peeled)
- 1 rib celery (chopped)
- 1 sprig parsley (fresh)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 lb beef round stk (lean)
- 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c tomato sauce
- 1 tb dry parsley
- 3 slices carrots (peeled)
- 1 slice green bell pepper
- 1 slice onion (yellow sliced thin)
Cut round steak into 1-inch cubes. Brown beef cubes over high heat in a nonstick skillet. Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet.
